All my creations come to me spontaneously, like a flash of inspiration, or they are inspired by architecture, art, nature, and the seasons, with their colors serving as a significant source of inspiration. The vibrant red of a strawberry or the green of a simple basil leaf can spark my imagination. I then seek to combine these elements to give desserts and cakes their unique flavors, appearance, and final structures.
